Runa is a WEIL HUNTER from the Monastery. His duty is to kill and purify these creatures whose enigmatic origin dates back more than a millennium.

The hope of humans relies on the WEIL HUNTERS as well as the Awakening of the Three Gods.

The Monastery assigns Runa a new bodyguard, Zephyr, a Weil.
Not understanding this dangerous and ethically questionable choice from the High Instance, Runa has no choice but to rely on Zephyr to achieve his missions.
